Location
During a two-night stay to celebrate a friend’s birthday, two rooms were booked at the hotel. The check-in process, led by Ms. Aime, was excellent, and Ms. Yang escorted us to our rooms. The standard room provided ample space and featured items that were thoughtfully packed and covered. Likewise in clear plastic bags, prioritizing hygiene, especially during the pandemic.
The Seafood Buffet at Cuisine Unplugged on the first day was a highlight. Likewise, with a wide variety of dishes and a 30% discount for in-house guests. On the second day, we dined at Tenshino, a Japanese fusion restaurant on the second floor. The restaurant’s decor and food quality left a lasting impression. Breakfast at Cuisine Unplugged was equally delightful.
The hotel staff, across all outlets, were friendly and attentive. The fourth-floor pool was a standout feature, making it feel like a resort within the bustling city. The well-equipped gym satisfied daily workout needs. A particular staff member consistently greeted us throughout our stay, and although his name wasn’t recalled, his genuine service was commendable.
Special thanks to the front desk for arranging a late check-out. Likewise granting extra hours of pool enjoyment. A return visit to the Pullman Bangkok King Power is assured, thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by the entire team.
