When you compare this Bangkok hotel the The Heritage Baan to others in the price range the hotel is real value for money. The amenities is good while the price is almost low to mid range which is odd. This is a hotel that trades in the US$32 – US$ 43 per night price range. With its location and amenities a stay at this hotel is really worth the money. The rating of 7.4/10 from more than 1,400 guests who reviewed the hotel speaks volumes and confirms what I have said – real value for money.
The Heritage Baan
Note that this is a boutique hotel in Bangkok and the decor might not always makes sense so see the pictures below if you would like the decor. The hotel has stylish accommodation and located on Silom Road. Capturing the architectural styles of the 1950’s neo-colonial Bangkok, the low-rise building of Heritage Baan Silom Hotel boasts 36 trendy guest rooms equipped with the latest technologies such as 32″ Plasma TV and rain-shower.
Within walking distance from the hotel is the BTS Surasak Station as well as Starbucks, Auntie Anne’s, and Baskin Robbins in addition to other conveniences like spa, wellness center, art gallery, bookstore, florist shop, travel agency and more. The PatPong night life and the Lumpini Night Bazaar are popular tourist attractions in the area not to be missed.
However, one potential drawback is the somewhat ambiguous location when it comes to walking to the BTS station. It’s about a 15-minute walk to reach the station, which may be a consideration for those looking for more immediate access.
