MRTA Sai Mai

This is the MRTA Sai Mai. The MRT Purple Line offers an unforgettable journey through the heart of Nonthaburi and Bangkok. As we embarked on our adventure to view the spectacular New Year lights, an unexpected incident turned into a memorable experience. While getting into the train, my son accidentally stepped on his heels, causing one of his shoes to fall off and slip into the gap between the train and the platform. Left with only one shoe and one sock, we quickly contacted the staff for assistance.

The MRTA Sai Mai staff swiftly came to our aid. She hurried to bring a spare pair of shoes and took down our details to write a lost item report. She assured us that they would retrieve the shoe from the tracks after the station closed and would contact us to arrange for its collection. This level of dedication and service was truly impressive. The kindness and professionalism displayed by the staff, who were humble, smiling, and service-minded, made our experience a positive one despite the mishap.
