If you are looking for a $20 to a $35 per night stay in Bangkok with a private room and bathroom then this is a good guesthouse and beats a hostel any day. The MHC Guest House (Sarnn Sukhumvit 28) offers you quality accommodation and great service at an even better price than most. The guesthouse is located close to the BTS Skytrain system and gives you easy access to some of Bangkok best tourist attractions.

This guesthouse is close to the BTS Phrom Phong Station and also close to The Emporium Shopping Mall as well as the Thailand Creative & Design Center in town. Like other budget travelers guesthouses in Thailand the MHC offers a laundry service and dry cleaning service as well as a car park if you are renting a car and a concierge and safety deposit boxes. This is a small guesthouse and the service in small hotels and guesthouses tends to be very personal. The HMC has 15 beautifully decorated guest rooms and each includes a television, internet access – LAN, desk, television LCD/plasma screen and a microwave.
This guesthouse has been reviewed almost 300 times by guests via Agoda. Likewise they rate the guesthouse at 7.8/10 which is very good. Most guests compliment the guesthouse on its quiet location. Additionally excellent and very helpful staff and that the rooms are clean. There is also fan and aircon option. Some simply do not like aircon in the humidity of Bangkok. The only issue being a small one is that there is not enough sound dampening between the walls. Still it is quiet guesthouse and comes highly recommended and good value for money.
