Its location is not as close to the BTS system as others and quite far from the Airport Rail Link. The hotel caters for families, couples, and groups of friends. At Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, the excellent service and superior facilities make for an unforgettable stay. The hotel restaurant is famous for international breakfast buffet line, consists of Japanese, Chinese, Western, Thai, and Halal selections. There is also the Pratunam Market and Central World.

Other facilities include outdoor swimming pool, fitness gym with locker room equipped with jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. In-house Thai Massage which is famous throughout Bangkok for oil and Thai massage is also available. This is a smart choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is also located next to the Platinum Mall and very close to other shopping centers such as Pantip Plaza and the Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok.
The hotel is not bad considering the cost of between 2,300฿ and 4,500฿ per night however if you are not interested or stuck on staying in the Pratunam area then there are other hotels in this price range that are closer to the BTS Skytrain system and more modern. I would personally recommend the Adelphi Suites Hotel.
