DJ Station is another well-known and upper-class gay bar located in Bangkok. Located close to the BTS Sala Daeng Station it is easy to get too.  The bar has outside seating and does accept credit cards. The bar tends to attract a cross section of both foreigners and locals. Based over 3 floors the bar has much to offer. The MRT Silom Station is also close by.

DJ Station

The bar is very popular and you have to have your passport or Thai ID card to enter the bar. The show normally starts after 11PM and it is very good. There is a good crowd of people even if you are not gay. The disco is good as well as loud and the cocktails are strong. Go early as the place fills up very fast.

Music

DJ Station is known for its great music and the welcoming attitude of its bar staff and clientele. They create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. I’ve noticed that the staff often express their appreciation for my fashion choices, which is a nice touch. However, it’s worth noting that on weekends, the club tends to be crowded with people who eagerly enter but may have difficulty leaving. It’s a testament to the popularity of the venue.

Moving on to the description of the club, it’s a big establishment with both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned areas. The crowd consists of a diverse mix of locals and westerners, predominantly from the gay community. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the entry fee of 400 baht includes two drinks, which is a good deal. The main room hosts entertaining drag shows, while another area offers karaoke. Situated in the renowned Patpong area, DJ Station is a famous club known for catering to the gay community. If you open a bottle, you’ll even receive complimentary entry for four people. The venue boasts separate dance floors, with one area attracting K-Pop lovers who enjoy showcasing their dancing skills.

Additionally, there are occasional Drag Queen shows that add to the vibrant atmosphere. Considered the best gay bar in the Silom area of Bangkok, DJ Station requires a 400 baht entry fee, which can be redeemed for two drinks. If you prefer, you can make a minimum spending of 1,000 baht using a credit card. While the club can be a bit wild, it’s an experience worth having when you’re in Bangkok.
