Rooms
At Chatrium Residence Sathon, you can expect everything you would receive from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and functional. The breakfast is good, although there might be many tour groups if you come down at the wrong time. During this visit, I tried the spa and my masseur, K Pin, was professional and exceptional. The guys loved the gym, the little boy enjoyed the pool and playground, and the ladies appreciated the hotel’s proximity to main places. The hotel is close to the mall, convenience stores, a coffee shop (there is one inside the hotel), the BTS, and local street food.
The rooms in the hotel are cozy and clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices. If you are looking for a family-friendly hotel, Chatrium Sathon would be an excellent choice to consider. Make sure to talk to Preawpan at the front desk, as she was the best and very easy to deal with. The front of house staff were also very helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay, as the hotel far exceeded our expectations.
Staff
The staff, especially our chambermaids who made our room look amazing every day, were wonderful. The concierge staff were exemplary in managing all my requests, from minibuses and drivers to arranging flowers for an anniversary celebration. I would like to give special thanks to Por, who chatted with me every day to help improve my Thai and English language skills. The restaurant staff were also fantastic and even arranged a special celebration on our last night, complete with two birthday cakes. The food they served was consistently wonderful.
Attractions
Close to the hotel is the Central Plaza Rama 3 as well as the Bhoman Khunaram Temple. There is also the Albricias Restaurant within walking distance as well as the Tawandang German Brewery. All within 10 minutes walk.
Further away there is also the The Oasis Spa and you can also beture around the BTS Surasak Station.
