The Casa Residence Hotel is conveniently situated near the evening market and a 7-11, with a coffee shop located below. The hotel offers reasonable rates and during my visit in August. The breakfast comprised a rice box and orange juice, which was satisfactory given the low cost.

Just a short stroll from a 7-11, the hotel boasts a clean and modern ambiance, along with friendly staff. One drawback is the unconventional room layout, resulting in the adjacent room’s bathroom being uncomfortably close to the bed’s headboard, causing quite a disturbance. However, after switching to a room with a different layout for our second night, the experience improved significantly. The complimentary breakfast served was delicious. The room was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near DMK airport and features a refreshing rain shower in the room. The closest BTS is the BTS Khan Keha Station as well as the BTS Lak Si Station.
The only downside is the hotel’s location in an area with limited late-night activities for travelers arriving in town late. Nevertheless, it is an excellent budget hotel in a prime location. The staff was notably helpful, answering numerous questions about dining options. What stood out was the hotel’s ability to cater to diverse tastes in breakfast, accommodating both Thai and British preferences. I would certainly recommend it. Note that the hotel is also close to the Mida Hotel Don Mueang Airport as well as the Narra Hotel.
For dining options, guests can turn right out of the hotel, then take a left onto the main road, followed by a right turn and a short walk along the main road to reach a large service area. Alternatively, turning left out of the hotel leads to a vibrant night market and several local bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and a spacious balcony. Moreover, it is conveniently located not too far from Don Maung International Airport. Note also the JBull Steak Bar & More restaurant on here.
