If you are in the Saphan Kwai area close to the BTS Saphan Khwai Station then the well-known Beer Park makes for an excellent stop-over. Its a short taxi-ride from the MRT Kampaengphet Station but well worth the effort. The bar is mainly middle class Thai and from time to time you might find the odd expat there.
The Beer Park has very friendly staff and the bar is well managed. The food is good no tourist prices like in Silom at this bar. If you want to sit back while in Thailand with the locals then this is an excellent bar for that. The fried chicken salad with crispy morning glory lemon chicken cream dip is excellent, so try that while you are there. Its a bit off the beaten track for foreigners but a good introduction to life in Thailand. The live band is also not bad and makes for a good backdrop while eating. The place is also not that far from the Or Tor Kor Market.
Beer Park offers great service, with a team of very friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The live music adds to the overall enjoyment of the venue.

The menu includes tasty options that complement the overall experience. Additionally, the drinks are reasonably priced, making it an affordable choice for patrons.
Shifting gears to a different establishment, the Beer Park is a typical Thai beer garden located in an unusual spot. Despite its unconventional location, the service remains attentive and top-notch. What surprised me the most was the quality of the traditional Thai food served here. The selection of spicy Thai salads stood out, showcasing the flavors and complexity of Thai cuisine. To enhance the evening, a talented guitarist/singer performed a mix of Thai and international ‘pheua chiwit’ music, creating a delightful atmosphere for all to enjoy.
