Customer Thoughts
I had a truly enjoyable stay during my visit. It was a brief one-night stay as I was in transit, returning home. After an overnight flight, I arrived at the hotel around 9 am. I decided to leave my luggage at the hotel and then explore Bangkok. The hotel graciously permitted me to check in at 1:15 pm. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a restful sleep.
The reception staff, particularly the ladies, were exceptionally warm and helpful. The hotel’s proximity to Phaya Thai station, just a short walk away, makes it incredibly convenient for those traveling to the airport, taking only 3 to 5 minutes to reach the airport link station. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this hotel for future stays. Our experience at Anajak Bangkok was truly outstanding. I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to assist us. Their friendliness, attentiveness, respect, and willingness to accommodate were truly remarkable. On one occasion, when my daughter fell ill, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and even provided the necessary medicine.
The hotel’s location, a mere 3-minute walk to the BTS station, is incredibly convenient. Our room was tastefully appointed, and we were especially pleased with the spacious, modern, and clean bathroom. The bed provided a comfortable night’s sleep, and the room’s large window allowed plenty of natural light to filter in.
Being in close proximity to the Skytrain station made it very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast offered was excellent, and I highly recommend the freshly made French toast and omelettes prepared by the chef. The only suggestion I would have is to offer a wider selection of teas.
The customer service from all the staff members was consistently top-notch. Likewise, even during our early check-out at 4 am, when the gentleman at the front desk remained friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel boasts a lovely pool for a refreshing dip, and the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet and not overly crowded.
In summary, this ranks as one of the finest accommodations I’ve experienced in Bangkok. I couldn’t find any faults, and if I have the opportunity to return to Bangkok and they have availability, I would gladly choose this hotel once again. Lastly also see the Chatuchak Market in Bangkok on here.
